When do they track dial-around calls ? (immediately or delayed?) How do they track these calls? What percentage do they make on these calls? Do they differntiate between Calling Card calls and Toll Free numbers? Is there a defintieve resource (book, website) on the Clearinghouse/Aggregator business? What would a payphone operator expect as an average dial-around compensation from an active payphone? When is payment made to the operator? Can a payphone user or operator abuse this system?
