Q. I have been reading about both countries for US expats and would like to get "real time" answers from real people who have done it. I have been to every country in Central America briefly and lived in Honduras for over 2 yrs ( US Military) I am retired now and married to my wonderful Honduran wife for 5 yrs. Is the p90x workout series good for weight loss or just muscle development?
Q. I am getting ready to start the p90x workout program and I am wondering... Is p90x effective for loosing weight, or is it more of a muscle development type workout program? I am interested in loosing 30lbs of fat. I am aware that my diet WILL play a role in this but am concerned that p90x is more of a program intended for muscle growth. Q. I've always wanted to learn martial arts, and since in my mind weapons are part of martial arts i would like to learn that too. I just need to find a place convenient enough and easy enough to get to and i figure college would definitely easy. I'm looking for a group thing that students put on or something like that, i hope you know what i'm looking for lol. Oh and i'm interested in sword training.

A. I don't think any universities would give you training with weapons unless we are talking fencing. Fencing is the only thing you can hope for. They had that in a community college here in NJ. Aside from that, Kendo would be your next choice but that's extremely rare for universities to have. Your best bet is in wrestling and possibly Judo or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, since BJJ is becoming more famous nowadays. Possibly karate as well, but I would not bet the farm on a weapons course.

How to lose 20 pounds or more in a month?
Q. Ok well I heard of this diet where in one week you can lose 20-25 pounds by eating a certain kind of food that they tell you to. You can eat as much as you want of it but only one kind of food. I don't think I can really do it but I want to lose 20 or more pounds in at least a month or less. How can I do it?

A. Hi there, Well - on an ipod a splitter does reduce the volume and quality a little. That said, with a dedicated headphone amp before the splitter maybe that would be fixed, so I don't have an answer for the second part of your question. First of all ...do not trim them ...or cut them ...please ...The one lady that said hers grow back is a rare and lucky person ...for the most part they dont grow back thicker and better ...or even at all in some cases ...but I did do some searching and this is the answer I kept coming up with for home remedy Thick lashes: If you have thin eye lashes then use equal proportion of glycerin and castor oil regularly. This will make your eyelashes grow thicker. Use a mascara brush and apply this very carefully to prevent any liquid entering the eyes. You could also get thick lashes by wearing false eyelashes over your real ones and blending them with mascara. Hope this was helpful ~~~ Good Luck ... If you try this I would go to a beauty… [cont.]
